We feel thats true.

We feel like women are equal, but absolutely the world doesnt reflect that.

Often the solutions that are handed to women are cosmetic rather than anything to actually move the needle.

Bryant: And is rich.

Thats a haunting and horrible aspiration.

We want to make them well and healthy.

Its harder to dissect.

What am I really absorbing and being told?

And that is what WAHAM is about.

Some women at WAHAM say they got a lot from being there, from helping form these new communities.

For us in the entertainment industry, we live in a very L.A.- or New Yorkcentric state of mind.

We do think of every lady as woke to this.

But our election showed us that thats not the case, particularly for white women.

A lot of people are not plugged into what their best interests are.

For a lot of people, it is an entry point into Feminism 101.

Its about trying to find this balance of being skeptical but optimistic.

But it comes down to money.

Tell me about creating the conference itself.

We said, We want this to feel like a pink-bubblegum world.

They made that happen.

Green: I wrote this episode, but the writers room was extremely collaborative.

Just lists of all these Easter eggs and bathroom signs and things like that.

The leg cream really got me.

A new thing to worry about!

She has hate in her eyes through a smile, and that was the perfect vibe.

Watching her do the big talk on the stage, I could watch that forever.

Green: That was the scene that we worked on the most.

There were versions of it that were really long because we wanted to say everything that she was feeling.

And what I find really lovely about that moment is that hes really listening to her.

Shes valuable in many ways, but shes a smart person.

Ultimately, worrying about your legs isnt a good life to chase.
