When she imbibes, she just goes Looney Tunes.

By that I mean she is a combination of two specific Looney Tunes.
The gorgeous, wainscoted rooms.
The beautiful outdoor dining area surrounded by hydrangeas.
The lobster rolls and welcome drinks on arrival.
That is, until Leah.
She decided, once they arrived, to ask Ramona if her sister could join them for the trip.
When Ramona tells her that it would make her uncomfortable, Leah wont let Ramona say no.
To add the show back into it, the request is especially weird.
We know that Ramona didnt really plan this trip, but we do know this is a work trip.
The reason your sister isnt here is because this is not Bring Your Sister to Work Day.
Ramona eventually relents, and Leah tells her sister Sarah to join them the next day.
The problem is that when Leah arrives at dinner, she has already brought some friends.
But it seems that Leah seeks attention through bad behavior and then wants to be deemed capable.
Dont worry about me.
Uh, Leah, youre not fine.
I dont want to go on the yacht.
Its a shitty yacht!
But it all ends kind of quickly.
Sonja shouts, Maybe she has a split personality.
I seen it on TV!
The next morning, Leah doesnt remember any of it, but she knows that her request was approved.
Either she should have stood her ground or just accepted her bad decision.
This is a view also espoused by Elyse, a passive-aggressive college roommate youve muted on Facebook.
The problem is that she is the voice of too much reason.
The way she behaves is fine, but she cant be offended when the Housewives are Housewives around her.
I thought I was allowed to chug ten martinis and lose my mind.
Leah is right all of these women have a long history of horrible drunken behavior.
Why cant Leah have a lost night in Newport?
Everyone has their own kind of drunk.
Dorinda, of course, is a mean drunk to her very, very core.
Leah seems like a good time when shes wasted, until the destruction starts.
After three glasses, she just wants to break things, which is a problem.
The next day Leah says she wishes she was like that all the time.
I dont think she means breaking things specifically, but I do think she enjoys the anarchy.
Leah doesnt want to raise the roof; she wants to tear the house down.
I grew up in a war zone, she tells us.
My brother is a raging alcoholic.
How did I manage to not grow up to be an alcoholic and drug addict?
I read my books and blocked it out.
That is some I-wear-my-sunglasses-at-night darkness right there.
Here comes Luann with the assist!
The whiplash of it all.
Its like trying to take a shit in the ocean and being battered onto your sandy ass repeatedly.
Everything is the same.
Shes going to get to go to work and see her friends.
She gets to go to a restaurant and have her roots touched up.
This is a dream.
That was a dream.
Something isnt right, something isnt wrong.
But she sits up and it sinks in.
Its the same, Jill Zarin thinks, as her eyes close again for want of closure.
