(Were all in a very good place, Brown reports of his family.

Everyone is asymptomatic and as happy as we know them to be.)

I know youve done work with the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

And now were in the midst of a very anxiety-filled moment in the history of the world.

But how is everybody doing that who doesnt have that at their disposal?

I do go to a therapist and my therapist graciously said we can set up a FaceTime chat.

I think its a necessity for anybody whos dealing with any sort of ailment of the mind.

Nobody will hear you talk about your problems.

Just figure out how to get through that shit and make it work, right?

And its like, okay, fair enough, there is some tough skin that needs to be developed.

But that bull through it mentality does not necessarily work for people who are dealing with different mental illnesses.

On our show, Randalls journey is trying to say that.

And it doesnt keep him from living his full life.

He can live an even fuller life when he finds a way to deal with these blind spots.

Nobodys right or wrong, but we have different interpretations of what we think can be best.

I was like, Ah, they know a little something.

Except when he left Beth that voicemail last season! You beat me to the punchline!

That was the first thing, and then he left the voicemail.

And I was like, yeah, come for me, its coming!

Im ready for it.

This clinical trial is gonna maximize the best life possible for her.

It is unquestionably a manipulative move.

Whether or not its the right or wrong move is going to be open to interpretation.

And I personally, as an actor, love living in that area.

Thats where most of us live life, anyway.

Its not malicious, but it is wrong.

He knows it, too.He totally does. And so, hes totally prepared to take this one on the chin.

He knows what he did.

I loved that that was her reaction.Me too!

Okay, lets talk Kevin and Randall.

What Randall said left me astounded.

I thought there was no way Kevin could possibly come back with something worse, but he did.

What was it like to film that scene?I loveJustin Hartleyso immensely.

But I have such a complete and total level of trust in him.

It was a no-holds-barred sort of thing.

It was interesting, cause it went through different levels.

Is it supposed to be more heated?

Is it supposed to be more subdued?

They thought this through, and therefore the words cut even deeper.

They werent in a crazy rage. No, they werent.

Legitimately, I dont watch for my performance.

I watch it because I like these Pearsons and this shit is real.

But the viewer doesnt know if thats the first time theyve seen each in a very long time.

Its happening in the far future. We dont know.

What we do know is that the trial worked.

]Whatever happened seemed to have gotten us some years. And thats all that R.P.

was lookin for, some years.

How did you and Justin feel after filming the scene?Hartley and I have good snapback.

We hug each other.

We love each other.

Because were doing it together.

you’re free to feel it.

So who dealt the lowest blow: Randall or Kevin?

[Raises his voice.]

I think that day that they brought you home was the worst day of my life.

That shit is ice cold!
