They claimed that the fact she didnt disclose this novel on a jury-selection questionnaire was problematic.
Weinstein still faces civil litigation, but a lot of lawsuits seem to be winding down.

The Weinstein Company sought bankruptcy protection in 2018; this settlement is being allocated under its liquidation plan.
