Mahlon Reyes, a deckhand who appeared onDiscovery ChannelsDeadliest Catch, has died at the age of 38.
According to TMZ, Reyess wifeconfirmed his deathon July 27, following a heart attack on July 25.
He was subsequently taken off life support.
Varietyreports that Reyesperiodically appearedon two crabbing vessels, theSeabrookeandCape Caution, followed byDeadliest Catchsince 2012.
He is survived by his spouse and four children.
