Lets kick things off with Gael, shall we?

Its something you have to work on all the time!

), and Im glad to seeGood Troubletackling it with Gaelandtying it together with commentary on privilege and opportunity.

Im also glad to see Gael getting a story that doesnt have anything to do with Callie.

That man must break free!

Suffice it to say, this story line is working well on several levels.

So whats going on with Gael?

Its for your sanity.

Davias first go-around ends up turning into a dodgeball game in her classroom; it is unsuccessful.

She asks Gael if hes ever heard of restorative justice.

He saw it really make a difference.

Well, hes hired.

It goes over pretty well.

But when one student asks Gael if hes a successful artist, Gael doesnt hesitate to say hes not.

Andre sweet, sweet Andre!

corrects him: Not yet.

After the art session, Davia asks Gael why hes so down on himself about his art.

Hes so great at it.

Gael explains that he feels like hes fallen behind all of his friends.

Metaphorically tattoo that on your heart, babies, it is an important lesson to learn.

And so Gael takes a friend up on an offer to hook him up with an internship.

May something fruitful come from this!

On the other side of the career spectrum: Our baby lawyer is really taking to her new gig.

But she persevered and here she is fighting for her clients and getting thingsdone.

Shes still working on Yvonnes case, but this week shes mostly focused on the Jerod situation.

Or something like that.

Oh, also that theres always a better deal.

Well, sometimes theres a better deal.

These lessons are not straightforward!

This deal is the lesser of two evils and thats that.

Heres the thing: Kathleen doesnt know Callie Adams Foster.

And when Callie promises to help someone, shes going to do everything she can to keep that promise.

Even when it means shes jumping in vans with pimps (never forget!).

He brings the time in jail down to one month.

Callie cant even hold back a smile right there in the room.

But then Kathleen says thanks but no thanks, theyre taking this baby to trial.

But now with a lawsuit on the table, its a win-win all around, Kathleen assures Callie.

Something tells me none of this is going to sit well with Callie Adams Foster.

They pivot to something smaller that none of them are passionate about.

Whered she get that idea?

Evan, of course.

Sneaking around for trampoline sex and unsolicited business advice, no less!

Evans apartment is giving off some real Josh Baskin fromBigvibes.

So I guess all that talk about there being no competition between them no longer stands.

There are only five spots for the end-of-workshop executive showcase and seven participants in the program.

Davia deserves nice things!

Davias Teach for America contract got renewed for another year!

Cant wait until Dennis makes his triumphant return just as Davias decided to move on.

What a cool, fun time for us.

I fucking love cookies, but no.
