He publicly and firmly denies everything he just confessed to his closest friends.
Diane leaves, disappointed in BoJack yet again.
The answer, I suspect, will mirror how much of the audience is feeling at this point.
And as the episode ends, BoJack seems to land somewhere in the middle.
