And we figured, my publisher and I, figured why not do another group?

My problem was, what powers would I give them?

Lees cowardly decision to make them mutants has, in fact, been the secret to their enduring appeal.

Its so much easier to relate to them than to Tony Stark.

Unfortunately, Hollywood hasnt always done right by the X-Men.

WithDeadpool & Wolverinein theaters, heres everyX-Menmovie, ranked from worst to best.

The movie is as meat-headed as youd expect, and in many ways doesnt feel like anX-Menmovie at all.

Youll have the same sense: Gratefulness that its at last over.

(Jennifer Lawrence, also often blue, looksveryover these movies.)

Also, the sequel sports a killer supporting cast.

She plays Domino, who brazenly claims that her superpower is being lucky.

Thats not a superpower, is it?

Beetzs sleek, sly performance will convince you it very much is.

This is easily the best of the standalone Wolverine movies, but it also equates glumness with profundity.

Still, giveLogancredit for ambition and vision something the movies ranked lower on this list so clearly lack.

But it was certainly the most fun and the most insanely, wonderfully violent.

Truth is, Deadpool reallyistoo cool to hang out with those mutant nerds.

ByAvengers: Endgamestandards,X2might seem downright small-scale, but this film was an epic when it came out.

(Pumping up Jennifer Lawrences role helps a lot, too.)
