Markle was denied mental health help from Buckingham Palace when she became suicidal.
I just didnt see a solution.
I realized that it was all happening just because I was breathing.
But I knew that if I didnt say it, that I would do it.
I just didnt want to be alive anymore.
And that was a very clear and real and frightening constant thought.
Markle defined her suicidal ideation as being very clear, methodical, and not some abstract idea.
